I’m a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki master, and most importantly, Mama to a sweet (and spunky) toddler. Motherhood has been a humbling journey that has led me to lean heavily on my yoga practice to help me be more like the calm, present person that I strive to be. I love sharing these practices that have deeply impacted my life and my motherhood with other women seeking peace and mindfulness amidst the stresses of everyday life.
