Tuesday

Challenge your body in this heated, vinyasa style yoga class. This class will contain options for building more strength and heat throughout the practice.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Power Yoga @ YogaSix Land Park

Slow down your movements and feel into the sensations that each pose is offering to you. You will still build heat and strength, but at a slower pace.

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Slow Flow @ YogaSix Land Park


Wednesday

Challenge your body in this heated, vinyasa style yoga class. This class will contain options for building more strength and heat throughout the practice.

Thursday

Move through a set sequence of yoga postures in a heated room. Strengthen, stretch, and sweat while connecting your breath to movement. This sequence is the same each week.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Hot Yoga @ YogaSix Land Park

If you’re new to yoga, or it’s been a while, this is the class for you. This class moves slowly to allow you to learn the alignment for each posture and adjust the pose as needed for your body.
